BET Awards Russell Simmons Commits to Charity

Lil Wayne cleaned up at the BET Awards ceremony last night, but Russell Simmons took charge announcing his commitment to charity, despite the financial crisis.

The entrepreneur said he would go on giving to charity and ensured the jobs of his employees, regardless of what the economic downturn has in store.

The hip hop millionaire was just one of the many guests at last night's BET Awards, which will air October 23.
