Beyonce Knowles recently got up close and personal with fans at a pre-concert food drive to benefit America's Second Harvest and the Houston Food Bank.

Proving that there's no star ego behind her beautiful smile, Beyonce manned the desk for the food drive. And just a few days earlier she spent 45 minutes visiting two concert goers at a hospital after they were injured by a pyrotechnics display atone of herearlier concerts, then promised to fly the two injured fans to a future concert, treating them to the VIP backstage treatment.

The Beyonce Knowles pre-concert Food Drive for America's Second Harvest and the Houston Food Bank was a huge success.
