American Red Cross Fined $4 million dollars by F.D.A.

The F.D.A. has handed out a $4 million fine against the Red Cross Blood System because according to the Food and Drug administration the American Red Cross has repeatedly failed to handle and collect blood supplies properly.

It comes on top of $5.7 million in fines the agency has imposed since 2003.
