Many have heard of 7 time world champion formula one racer Michael Schumacher who is set to retire at the end of this racing season - what most of them don’t know is that Michael Schumacher is privately a champion of charity.
Over the last four years retiring champion Michael Schumacher has donated over 30 million pounds to chartities around the world.
Michael Schumacher was also the biggest private donor to the Asian Tsunami Appeal, giving about £6 million, and works tirelessly for Unesco, the United Nations’ body that works with children.
Hat’s off to the champion.
