Francis Ford Coppola co-hosts A Night To Remember at Las Vegas’ Valentino Restaurant

Acclaimed Hollywood director Francis Ford Coppola is again set to co host this year’s culinary charity dinner, A Night To Remember, at Las Vegas’ Valentino Restaurant.
The annual dinner is organised by renowned committee members James Gandolfini, Rush Limbaugh, Rick Pitino, Jim Thorpe, and Rudolph Giuliani, among many others, and will as usual entertain elite guests from the worlds of business, sports, entertainment, fine wines and cigars.
The dinner itself will be a master cuisinic creation of celebrity chef owner Piero Selvaggio, New York Chef Charlie Palmer and Food Network’s Emeril Lagasse.
And to peak the evening’s gourmet dining experience A Night to Remember will hold a silent auction.
Exclusive items, donated by supporters, up for bid include a one-of-a-kind Cohiba-edition custom Harley-Davidson Motorbike, a luxury Caribbean cruise for 20, a Mexican retreat and golf vacation, and a Cadillac XLR (2005).
The 12th Anniversary A Night to Remember celebrity marinated dinner auction, served up at Valentino restaurant and hosted by Marvin R. Shanken and Francis Ford Coppola, is held annually to benefit the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
