This year’s unmissable Dream Foundation 5th Annual Angel Ball will be held in the southern State themed Showboat Casino, situated on the boardwalk of New Jersey’s ‘always turned on’ Atlantic City, home also to Trump Plaza.
The Annual Angel Ball will take place in the Casino’s House of Blues, a Harrah’s Entertainment, New Orleans-inspired club that celebrates African-American culture, focusing particularly on blues music and folk art.
The fundraising evening will feature a VIP Cocktail hour for celebs and sponsors, then dinner and dancing with an odd raffle throughout the night, and a $200,000 jewellery auction, which hopefully for the Dream Foundation’s sake will fetch even more than that.
The Dream Foundation, partly funded by Odyssey HealthCare Foundation, is an organisation set up to improve the undertaking of life by granting final wishes for terminally ill adults.
The Foundation enjoys support from accomplished celebrities like Will Smith, Julia Louis Dreyfus, Jamie Lee Curtis, John Cleese, Michael Douglas, Robin Williams, Sugar Ray Leonard, Melissa Etheridge, Billy Crystal, Dan Aykroyd and countless others.
