We tv, home of the rather crude reality show American Princess, is auctioning off one of Princess Diana’s Gowns for charity.
Designed by Catherine Walker, the pale-blue silk evening dress, which she wore to the 1987 Cannes Film Festival and the 1989 opening of Miss Saigon, has a starting price of $125 000, and you must pre-qualify to make a bid.
The dress is being auctioned on EBay to raise money for Colin Powell’s charity foundation, America’s Promise Alliance.
The Princess Diana Gown Charity Auction, held by We tv, will take bids until August 22.
