Donny Osmond is supporting Americans, supporting the American Heart Association and getting healthy with the Start! Challenge.
The Start! Challenge has six people committing to changing their lifestyles, getting more physically active, eating better and working hard to live longer and stronger lives.
Thousands of Americans will join them kicking off the New Year with a new goal, to get fit, healthy and active.
