Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd will say sorry today, on behalf of the Australian nation, to the Indigenous Stolen Generations.
There have been mixed reactions to the public apology within Indigenous groups, some saying it’s not enough and some believing it to be the first major step towards reconciliation.
Whatever the outcome, Kevin Rudd’s national sorry address will be one of the defining moments of this decade.
