Aussie Politicians Auction off Dinner Dates for Charity

Aussie politicians PM Kevin Rudd, Deputy PM Julian Gillard and Opposition Leader Brendan Nelson are offering themselves as auction items for charity at an upcoming ball.
The polies are offering themselves as dinner hosts, but the experiences won’t just be available to the select crowd at the annual Federal Parliamentary Press Gallery Midwinter Ball, the auction is to be held as well on eBay.
The charity auctions for dinner with an Aussie politician, raising funds for Mission Australia’s Nightstop program will begin on June 8 and end June 18.
