Oprah Winfrey Heads Most Generous Celebrity List

Oprah Winfrey has topped Parade Magazine’s list of ‘Most Generous Celebrities’, with Herb Alpert, Barbra Streisand, Paul Newman and Mel Gibson also making it in to the top five.
The media’s favorite face donated an astounding $50.2 million to charities in the last year.
The accumulated donations of the other top five runner up celebrities, at $43.9 million, fall a bit short of Oprah Winfrey’s entire annual donation, proving beyond a doubt that she really is the Most Generous Celebrity.
