Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have launched a new charity campaign through the Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation, the Text CHILD to 90999 campaign.
The campaign will raise funds to help kids; the first project planned is to build a playground, where a concrete slab stands, for children at a housing project.
The star couple are not advertising the campaign and hope to raise funds through word of mouth.
Supporters can send texts of $5 donations, billed to the sender.
