Archbishop Desmond Tutu will appear in a PSA for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in its 60th anniversary year.
The public outspoken activist and human rights campaigner is reviving the Declaration movement along with Nelson Mandela and the Elders, who are appealing to people to support the Every Human Has Rights campaign, promoting ‘the values that unite us as one human family’.
