Carla Bruni Global Fund to Fight AIDS Ambassador

Carla Bruni has been named an ambassador for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS.
The first lady of France will be the face of a new campaign for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, a charity that as well as focusing on eliminating AIDS, also deals with other illnesses including tuberculosis and malaria.
Michel Kazatchkine, executive director of the Global Fund, and AIDS ambassador Carla Bruni will reveal more about the new appointment at a press conference on World AIDS Day, December 1.
