‘The Tales of Beedle the Bard’ Charity Release

The long awaited release of The Tales of Beedle the Bard is finally here.
As reported earlier in the year, some proceeds from the books will go to the Children’s High Level Group (CHLG) and JK Rowling will host an Edinburgh tea party for school children as part of launch events.
As well as these charity initiatives, Scholastic has donated one of the original hand written copies of The Tales of Beedle the Bard to the New York Public Library for viewing this month, and a complete set of signed Harry Potter books are up for auction on eBay UK, to benefit the charity XP Support Group, for sufferers of the skin sensitivity condition Xeroderma Pigmentosum.
The Tales of Beadle the Bard will be in stores December 4.
