Fresh from the Super Bowl, a very brave and admirable Jennifer Hudson will play the 2009 MusiCares Person of the Year Awards gala, days before the Grammy Awards ceremony.
Jimmy Kimmel will host the evening which will also feature performances by Adele, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Jonas Brothers, Tim McGraw and the 2009 MusiCares Person of the Year Neil Diamond.
The gala evening will also include a Julien’s Auctions Grammy live and online auction, there is also a public Grammy auction currently being held on eBay.
Jennifer Hudson will play the MusiCares gala on February 6; the Grammy Awards are on February 8.
