After visiting sick kids at the Miami Children’s Hospital, Britney Spears made a $100 000 donation to the hospitals’ Big Apple Circus Clown Care charity.
The pop singer and young mother managed to visit 40 children in the time she spent at the hospital, brightening their day by posing for photos and signing autographs.
Britney Spears made the charity visit and donation before one of her Circus world tour stops.
