Leonardo DiCaprio, Christina Applegate, Kathy Griffin and Kellan Lutz were among the 2010 Do Something Awards winners.

Snoop Dogg, the Jonas Brothers and Alyssa Milano also received awards at the event featuring Megan Fox, Travis McCoy, Demi Lovato and hosted by Glee's Jane Lynch.

But probably the most important winner of the 2010 Do Something Awards was Jessica Posner, who received $100 000 to further develop a school for girls in Kibera, Kenya.
