Sylvester Stallone's 16-year-old daughter Sophia-Rose is one of the 21 young women stepping out at the debutantes' ball at the glitzy Crillon Hotel in Paris.

The high-society highlight updates a custom stretching back to the royal courts of France and England that was relaunched in 1992.

The event “Le Bal” is held every year in late November during the US Thanksgiving weekend. Proceeds from this year's event will go to the "Enfants d'Asie" charity for Asian children.

The young women from 14 different countries are daughters of global elite of actors, business leaders and aristocrats were dressed in haute couture and accompanied by cavaliers will have dinner before the big dance.
