Matthew McConaughey Teams Up For a Charity

Actor Matthew McConaughey together with country singer Kenny Chesney and New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees joined force in New Orleans last May 12 for The Brees Dream Foundation founded by Brittany and Drew Brees. Chesney released a new single, “Come Over” which is included on his upcoming album Welcome to the Fishbow where McConaughey and Brees joined him at his performance at House of Blues.

McCounaghey, Chesney and Bree's have been busy with work and tour rehearsals for weeks now. This event provided a great opportunity to get on stage and feel the energy and feedback from the crowd. Proceeds will help provide after-school fitness and wellness programs in the New Orleans area, as well as providing care, education and opportunities for children and families in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast.
