Not a Lonesome Event with Lonesome River Band

The Rotary Club of Dulles International Airport will have their 3^rd Annual Loudoun Bluegrass Festival. It is a festival of good music, BBQ, open jam sessions,workshops, performance of the kids and they will be giving away some cash prizes too. It is not lonesome event with Lonesome River Band as they will be headlining the event. One of the band member Sammy Shelor was inducted into the Virginia Country Music Hall of Fame as the Bluegrass Music Association Banjo Player of the Year. He also appeared in David Letterman Show to accept the the Steve Martin Award for Excellence.

Really it is going to be not a lonely event as Lonesome River Band on May 12, 2012, as they are ready to share their music and talents. You can visit www.BluegrassLoudoun.com to sign up for the contest and preview the bands. Tickets are $15 online ($20) at the gate $8 for age 7 -13 and free for 6 and under.
