Silver Exposed OCRF Australia Day Fundraiser

Some of Melbourne’s top chefs will recreate some of Australia’s signature favourites for the Silver Exposed Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation Australia Day Gala Dinner.
Guy Grossi, George Calombaris, Michael Lambie, Dan Shanks and Ian Curley will spend some of the Australia Day Weekend putting an international taste to classic Aussie dishes.
The evening will also include entertainment, drinks, a silent auction and more.
Silver Exposed, an OCRF Australia Day fundraiser, is on January 24.
