SLE Lupus Foundation Bag Ladies Luncheon

The annual New York Bag Ladies Luncheon gathers hundreds of women prominent in the city’s philanthropic community for a fundraising event to benefit Lupus science and support services. The program includes a sumptuous luncheon and a silent (but very lively!) auction of generously donated designer and celebrity handbags.

The event honors Matilda Cuomo, Former First Lady of New York State, Founder and Chair of Wellness USA and author of new book “The Person Who Changed My Life," and Mary Belle, President, Licensing at The Jones Group.

Proceeds from the event will help the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation achieve its goal of “Life without Lupus” by helping fund patient support, education, awareness, and innovative research.
