Meryl Streep, Homer and Marge Simpson and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong will Stand Up to Cancer at the multi network Telethon television fundraising event.

The big name stars will join other A-listers including Charlize Theron, Hilary Swank, America Ferrera, Salma Hayek, Kirsten Dunst, Josh Brolin, Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Aniston working on the telethon.
