StarCards Christmas Celebrity Auction 2008

Once again the Stars have dealt a helping hand for the StarCards fundraising team in their quest to raise as much money as possible for Great Ormond Street Hospital Childrens Charity.

StarCards ace idea lead to the creation of a collection of celebrity signed Great Ormond Street Hospital playing cards and other celebrity signed items. Since launching in 2002 the Eastbourne based team have raised 50,000 for the charity. The seventh successive Christmas collection of StarCards items have been professionally framed by www.footballinfocus.co.uk and will be auctioned on eBay until 4th Dec to raise money for the hospital.

New for 2008 are unique items from stars including Eric Clapton, Status Quo, Victoria Beckham, Phil Collins, Mark Knopfler (pictured), Sir Steve Redgrave, Josh Holloway, Sean Bean and many more.

We hope that people will bid generously and support us by raising as much as possible online for the 2008 StarCards Christmas charity auction, said Paul Brett of StarCards.

StarCards are a not for profit organisation, all proceeds will be going directly to Great Ormond Street Hospital Childrens Charity, which needs to raise 50million every year to help rebuild and refurbish Great Ormond Street Hospital, buy vital equipment and fund pioneering research. With your help we provide world class care to our very ill children and their families.

The StarCards Christmas Celebrity Auction is on now until Dec 4, 2008.
