Award-winning actorTerrence Howardteams up withColon Cancer Alliancefor a new public service campaign to raise awareness and encourage people to get screened for colon cancer. Howard was chosen at the first national ambassador for the Colon Cancer Alliances latest awareness campaign Sons & Mothers.

Howard shared his own story about his mothers battle with the disease in a short video. He will be joining other high profile people whose mothers have also been affected by colon cancer. A print campaign will be launching anytime this month of March across national magazines and newspapers.
