The 28th Annual Lakeland Pigfest is set to take over the SUN n’ FUN Expo Campus in Lakeland, Florida, on January 24th and 25th, 2025! Known as Florida’s preeminent barbecue contest, this event brings the community together for mouth-watering food and a great cause.

Since its inception in 1997, Lakeland Pigfest has donated over one million dollars to local charities, thanks to the incredible support from the community and dedicated non-profits that help run the event. This year promises to be bigger and better, with local barbecue masters and eager attendees gathering to enjoy delicious competition while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We are proud to announce that the 28th Annual Lakeland Pigfest will again be held at the SUN n’ FUN Expo Campus in Lakeland, Florida, on January 24th and January 25th, 2025.

Through the continued support of our community, the event has been able to donate over one million dollars of unrestricted funds to local charities since its humble beginnings in 1997. Our local non-profits, who provide the manpower to host this event, are as excited as we are, as we look to continue to grow Florida’s Preeminent Barbecue Contest.
