Funds raised will help provide free 3-D mammograms for uninsured women, expand community outreach, and enhance maternal and cardiovascular health programs.

The McLaren Charity Gala kicks-off summer as an evening garden party held at the Hospitality House at McLaren. This FUNraiser makes for the perfect setting for socializing with friends and colleagues while enjoying cocktails, a strolling dinner, dancing, entertainment, and a silent auction. Each year, nearly 300 McLaren team members. Physicians, Business Leaders and McLaren Partners come together for camaraderie and charitable giving.
McLaren Flint is rooted in a legacy of clinical excellence and a longstanding tradition of compassionate, patient-focused care. Founded in 1919, McLaren Flint, known then as the Women’s Hospital, was the area’s first hospital to remove barriers to quality healthcare for women. Since that time, women’s healthcare has evolved with a greater understanding of women’s unique health needs; and, when coupled with advances in medicine and technology, has resulted in women living longer and healthier lives.
To build on our long-standing commitment to the women in our community, this year’s McLaren Charity Gala will benefit women’s health. These initiatives will encompass a wide range of programs, services, and educational efforts to promote health, prevent disease, and provide specialized care. The aforementioned includes free 3-D mammograms for the uninsured, imaging technology, and community outreach programs providing maternal health education and women’s cardiovascular screening.
