Many city natural areas are small and crowded. Some are hard to reach. Many people do not feel welcome in them. This is a problem because green spaces help people stay healthy and calm. They also protect wildlife in cities.
Natural Areas Conservancy works to protect and improve urban natural spaces. They help make parks, forests, and shorelines in cities more open, safe, and healthy. They also work to connect people with nature where they live. To support this mission, they are hosting a special fundraising night.
The Night for Nature Gala will take place on June 9, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Ascent Lounge, 10 Columbus Circle, New York City. Guests will gather to celebrate urban nature. The event focuses on community, connection, and support for green spaces in cities. This event helps fund projects that protect urban natural areas. It also supports efforts that make these spaces easier for everyone to access and enjoy.
Join here to support safer, greener, and more welcoming natural spaces in cities.
