Breast Cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths among women. It is also one of the most common Cancers among women in New York State. Each year in New York State, almost 15,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer and over 2,600 women die from the disease.On Saturday October 18th 2014, Class First Events will host its first annual breast cancer charity event A Pink and Black Affair. The event will feature singers, spoken word artist, a live band, a well-known DJ, professional dancers, and special guest host. Portions of the proceeds from the event will go directly to breast cancer survivors.The beneficiaries can utilize the funds to enrich their lives in any way they choose.This event will be uplifting, motivational, and inspirational. All guest are asked to wear Pink and Black as a sign of solidarity.
The confirmed venue for the event is Toshis Penthouse/Rooftop on 26th Street and Broadway in Manhattan. The event will begin at 8:00pm and end at 2:00am.There will be food served at this event.
