The 4th Annual Rowan Tree Foundation Charity Benefit is Saturday, August 29 at the Wildlife Experience in Parker.
The casino-themed event “An Evening in Monte Carlo” begins at 7:00 p.m. and tickets are $50 per person. Admission includes dinner, complimentary drink tickets, five raffle tickets, and unlimited “chips” for a fun night playing casino games. Professional dealers will be running Blackjack, craps, and poker games throughout the night. Music, hors de oeuvres, and an auction round out a fun evening. The Rowan Tree Foundation, based in Parker, is a non-profit organization staffed entirely by volunteers. They provide support and resources for families who have lost a child during pregnancy, stillbirth, or infant death. Services include “online peer support forums, outreach services, memorial events, education, and awareness opportunities”.
