Stamford Arms Bowdon hosts charity day for NSPCC

will be held on Sunday between noon and 6pm at the Stamford Arms in Bowdon, to help raise money for the NSPCC. Fast Frets, a local fortnightly guitar club, will be playing music for families and members of the public in the main function room of the hotel and in addition several members will be busking in surrounding pubs to raise funds. John Corrigan, who has run the Fast Frets for four years, said:
