AP Sports Writer FORT WORTH, Texas — From its Ben Hogan trophy room to its status as hosting the longest-running event at its original site, Colonial Country Club is among the most venerable stops on the PGA Tour. But this week, the Colonial course is playing like a pitch-and-putt. Tim Clark, Vijay Singh and Sean O’Hair shot 64s. Clark was one shot off the lead, Singh was at 12 under and O’Hair was at 11 under. Ryan Moore of Puyallup (68-73 — 141) missed the cut by one shot. Notes
• Olin Browne, Lonnie Nielsen and Bruce Vaughan shot 4-under 67s to share the first-round lead in the Principal Charity Classic, an event on the 50-and-older Champions Tour in West Des Moines, Iowa.
