12:33pm Tuesday 24th February 2009 NANTWICH Civic Hall hosted the final Mayor’s Oscar’s ceremony on Friday night. It presented an opportunity for borough mayor Brian Silvester to thank the area’s dedicated organisations and individual residents whose efforts selflessly help make life better for others. Clr Sillvester said at the ceremony:
