Widnes shoppers praised by Bon Marche Albert Square branch manager

Staff at Bonmarche on Albert Square ran a series of fundraising events in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support.
The two-day event was to mark the company’s 10 year anniversary of raising cash for the charity, a decade which has seen it donate a massive &pound1.8m in much needed funds. Helen Harvey, manager, said: “The two days went really well. “We had raffles and games and quite a few people took part. “And altogether we managed to raise &pound130 which is really good considering the money situation at the moment.” We want your local stories, videos & pics.
