After visiting kids from the NSPCC last week, Michael Carrick has come out in support of the charity, urging the public to pledge their support to NSPCC as well.
The Manchester United midfielder played a bit of kick-about with the boys and girls from the NSPCC drop-in centre and is now adding his voice to the charity’s Child’s Voice Appeal, saying, ‘I’m supporting the NSPCC because they do fantastic work, making sure vulnerable kids are protected from abuse… I would encourage people to donate anything they can afford to the Child’s Voice Appeal and help to ensure no cry for help goes unheard.’
Michael Carrick joins Kylie Minogue, Peter Andre, Amir Khan, Alan Shearer and amoung others Jonny Wilkinson in supporting NSPCC.
