Watch the skies today for the 5000 balloons for 5000 wishes Make-A-Wish event.
To celebrate 5000 wishes being granted, Make-A-Wish is marking the occasion by sending off 5000 environmentally friendly balloons at Catani Gardens in St Kilda.
Comedian and radio host Matt Hardy will MC the event and basketball legend Chris Anstey will hang around for the day, which will also be a bbq for Wish Day.
If you can make it down beachside way, the balloons for wishes Make-A-Wish Day bbq starts at 12PM.
