Poverty greatly affects families throughout the country, and many couples and individuals with children are seeking basic necessities of shelter, food, and clothing.

Family Care Center of Catawba Valley seeks to fill that need at a local level. They serve approximately 70 families with 100 children per year by providing housing units in the Catawba Valley. Unfortunately, the organization has to turn away roughly one-half of its applicants due to a lack of space. 

One way they can continue to grow is by raising funds through their annual silent auction.

Traditionally held in early spring, our silent auction is a great way to support the Family Care Center and score some pretty amazing items at the same time.

The auction is now being held virtually at BiddingOwl.com from March 27-31.
