The star studded event, 24 Hour Plays, is on again in 2010.
Gloria Estefan, America Ferrera, Elijah Wood, Kyra Sedgwick, Sarah Silverman and a host of top talent are prepping for the Broadway charity event which has actors, writers and directors producing plays in under a day.
The 24 Hour Plays 2010 event, raising funds for Urban Arts Partnership, is on 15 November in New York.
