Many Latino families and business owners face barriers to opportunity. Some struggle to access jobs, resources, or support for small businesses. Young people also need strong leadership programs and spaces where their culture is valued and celebrated.
Latino Economic Development Council works to support Latino communities through business programs, youth leadership, workforce development, and community projects. Their goal is to help families and entrepreneurs build stronger futures. To continue this work, they are hosting their largest fundraiser of the year.
The 2026 Adelante Gala will take place on September 3, 2026 at the Tenaska Center for Arts Engagement in Omaha. Guests can expect an evening filled with music, dance, cultural celebration, inspiring stories, and local cuisine alongside community leaders and supporters. This event helps fund programs for small businesses, youth leadership, and workforce opportunities. It supports projects that strengthen and uplift Latino communities across Omaha.
Join here to support Latino communities and help create more opportunities for families and young leaders.

This unforgettable evening will bring together over 600 community leaders, business owners, public officials, and changemakers for a night of music, dance, inspiring stories, and delicious cuisine. The Adelante Gala is a powerful moment to celebrate and advance the movement for a more inclusive and equitable Omaha.
