If you’re in Omaha or Council Bluffs, this is a simple way to enjoy good food, support local art, and make a real difference. The Visiting Nurse Association is bringing the community together again for its annual Art & Soup fundraiser—an easygoing afternoon with purpose.

You’ll be able to sample creative soups from local chefs, browse and buy artwork across a range of styles, and bid on auction items. Every bowl and every purchase helps fund nursing care in maternity homes, domestic violence shelters, and homeless shelters across the metro area.

The event takes place on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the Omaha Design Center. If you like supporting local talent while backing essential health services, this is one to put on your calendar.

Community members are invited to purchase an exciting mix of art genres, bid on our selection of auction items, and eat unique soups prepared by some of Omaha and Council Bluffs’ best chefs. Funds raised at Art & Soup help provide a VNA nurse in every maternity home, domestic violence, and homeless shelter in the Omaha and Council Bluffs metro.
