Many small nonprofits help children and teens every day. They provide support, programs, and safe spaces for young people. But many of these groups do not have enough funding or resources to keep growing.
Empowergen Foundation works to help these smaller organizations succeed. They provide grants, resources, and guidance to nonprofits that support young people and families in their communities. To continue this work, they are hosting a special fundraising event.
The 2026 Auction Gala – Capes for a Cause Returns! will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Guests can enjoy silent and live auctions, community activities, and exclusive items and experiences available for bidding. This event helps fund grants and support for youth-focused nonprofits. It gives smaller organizations more tools and resources to continue helping children and families.

7:00 PM 11:00 PMThe 2025 Capes for a Cause Gala was a smash hit, and due to popular demand, The Gala is back this year!
This will be another unforgettable evening of giving and community, with great items offered up at our Silent and Live Auctions, as well as fun events that will engage and entertain. Like last year, we will be showcasing a curated collection of exclusive items, experiences, and one-of-a-kind opportunities, all available for bidding in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.
Our event this year will be to benefit our family of Champions, the heroes in our story. They are the small youth-focused nonprofits that are doing extraordinary work, but with limited resources. The funds raised during our Auction Gala will go toward supporting our Champions in the form of grants, while we provide additional support in the form of resources and strategic guidance as they further their missions.
