Lincoln City FC fans are used to going to extraordinary lengths for their club.
Now they could be taking a bizarre trip into the unknown – by being handcuffed and bundled into a blacked-out coach before being dumped in a secret location. The offer might sound like an away match from hell. But it will offer those who pay £50 to take part the chance to team up with a Lincoln City player as they attempt to make their way back to Sincil Bank using nothing more than their wits. The Lincoln Jailbreak charity event will see fans join up with players at HMP Lincoln Prison before they are transported to a secret location. Imps manager Peter Jackson and chairman Steff Wright will be teaming up for the Macmillan Cancer Support Lincolnshire fundraiser. The winners will be the first ones to make it back to the stadium.
And the Lincoln boss is already confident that his team will be the first back to base.
