Join us for this workshop at the historic Granada Building!
It’s a fantastic opportunity to get creative and make new friends! Enjoy mimosas and lite fare while learning collage techniques with a focus on creating unique works of art by using a wide variety of materials: paper, fabric, lace, and more.
Led by two LA based artisit, Alice Dworkin and Rhonda Raulston, they will explain basic art concepts and demo collage techniques while providing ALL materials, for you to make your own unique artistic expressions. Each participant will come away with 2-4 of your own original artworks! Great idea for gifts!
All proceeds go to benefit the under-served kids of LA County. Theatre Of Hearts provides free art workshops to kids in at-risk environments. Professional artists lead instruction in visual arts,dance, music, creative writing and more, through the Theatre Of Hearts/Youth First programing conducted at schools and locations within the communites across Los Angeles County.
