The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) called on the public to hep in the repacking of reliefgood for victims of Typhoon Nina (International name: Nock-Ten).
Those interested may coordinate with DSWD personnel. Latest data shows that more than 100,000 families have beenaffected bythe typhoon in Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Region 5 and Region 8.
The DSWD also urged typhoon victims not t hesitate to approach local government units for their needs. It added that the public may report to them any irregularity they may observe in the distribution of relief goods.
