Pete Times Forum, including a charity hockey game to benefit the Cpl. Mike Roberts Memorial Fund. Fan Fest begins at 3 p.m. and is free to the public. Roberts, a member of the Tampa Police Department who was gunned down in the line of duty Wednesday, played goaltender for the TPD hockey team. Members of the TPD hockey team will play alongside current Lightning players such as Marty St. Louis, Steven Stamkos and Victor Hedman, as well as former players Dave Andreychuk, Brian Bradley, Chris Dingman and Stan Neckar. The game will be played from 5-6 p.m., with each player autographing his jersey for an auction to be held behind Section 101. In addition to the charity game, a question-and-answer session with general manager Brian Lawton, Mattias Ohlund, Hedman and St. Louis will be held at 4:15 p.m., with questions submitted via the team’s Facebook page.
After the charity game, fans are invited to bring their skates and take to the Forum ice from 6:30-8 p.m.
