Cystic fibrosis is a hard disease. It affects breathing and daily life. Families need research, support, and real hope for better treatments.

The Wisconsin Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation works to improve the lives of people with CF and move closer to a cure. Events like Hops for Hope help raise the funds that support research and care.

Hops for Hope will take place on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 6–9pm at Pilot Project Brewing. This 21+ event brings the community together for a relaxed evening with food, music, and a short program honoring Milwaukee’s Finest.

All (21+) are welcome to join in on this night of casual fun for an amazing cause! Each ticket includes entry to this mainly outdoor event, one complimentary beer of your choice, food, live music, auctions, and more!

There will be a short presentation in honor of the 14th Annual Milwaukee’s Finest Honorees at this special event!
