models, as well as a chance to partipate in an event to benefit the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation. At the party, the dealership was able to raise more than $1,000 for charity and introduced the all-new LR4, which replaces the outgoing LR3, as well as the redesigned Range Rover and Range Rover Sport. Through the end of October, Land Rover Las Vegas will donate $50 to Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation for every test drive of 2010 models taken at the dealership. The dealership expects to donate about $5,000 by the end of the promotion. The LR4, the new generation of Land Rover’s versatile SUV, comes with a 375-horsepower V-8, improved dynamics and fresh design. “The outgoing LR3 has well over 100 international awards to its name,” said Phil Popham, Land Rover marketing director. “But for the new LR4, we’ve found ways to improve virtually every aspect of the vehicle’s design and engineering — some subtle, some major. New design signals comprehensive engineering change under the skin.” “The 2010 Range Rover is a considerable step forward for what is already regarded as the world’s most complete luxury vehicles,” Popham said.
