“Living with Lupus” Baltimore Workshop

Baltimore area residents with lupusor those who think they may have lupuscan get tips and information in the free Living with Lupus workshop on October 24 offered by the Lupus Foundation of America Greater Washington Chapter (LFAGW). The workshop will run from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Y of Central Maryland, 900 East 33rd Street, Baltimore, Md. 21218. Dawn Isherwood, R.N., will offer current, medically accurate information on lupus, its symptoms, treatments and coping techniques.
Affecting mostly women, lupus is a chronic, autoimmune disease with no known cure that can damage any part of the body including the skin, joints, heart, lungs, blood, kidneys and the brain. Registration (free) and details:
