Did you know that worldwide, 45 million kids suffer from severe malnutrition? Or that 45% of deaths among children under 5 years old are linked to undernutrition? How about the unfortunate fact that one child dies every 10 seconds from malnutrition? These are depressing numbers however this is the reality. A lot of families experience food insecurity globally. Some have even reported that there are times when their child goes through an entire day with no food at all. It is for these reason that a number of organizations have devoted themselves to helping people, especially children, gain access to hot, nutritious food daily. One such group is Kickstart for Kids.

On December 13, Kickstart for Kids will be having No Breakfast, Breakfast at the Hilton Adelaide. In this event, you’ll get to experience what it’s like to skip breakfast, which sadly is normal for a lot of kids from underprivileged families. Considered as one of their biggest fundraisers, proceeds from this event will go to Kickstart for Kids Breakfast Program so more children can have a filling meal at the start of the day.

Our annual “No Breakfast, Breakfast” fundraiser event is returning on Friday, 13 December 2024 at the Hilton Adelaide.

One of our biggest fundraising events of the year, our No Breakfast, Breakfast provides guests with the opportunity to experience what it’s like for thousands of South Australian school kids who go to school without breakfast.

Join us for the morning as you voluntarily skip breakfast and help us raise important funds to support these vulnerable children.

Tickets are $70 for a single ticket or $650 for a table of 10 with all proceeds going towards purchasing breakfasts for the KickStart for Kids Breakfast Program.
